Social Media Manager needed ASAP (Full Time With Benefits) (Scottsdale)

What we're looking for:

 

Next Page Construction is looking for a Social Media and Digital Content Manager to join our marketing team. The role requires excellent strategy, creative and communication skills, written and visual. This position requires drive and ambition with a strong work ethic and a dedication to working with passion and integrity. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create and post organic content that engages and converts

• Responsible for the intricacies and best practices for paid advertising on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Develop and execute social media content calendar for a variety of clients

• Manage budgets up to $10k per month per client on paid social media platforms, mainly Facebook

• Ownership of all paid and owned social media channels

• Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities for our advertising needs

• Conceptualize creative for the social media marketing campaigns and work with the designers and account coordinators to create required advertisements

• A/B testing on the acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates

• Develop and execute the social media plans for customer acquisition and remarketing initiatives to drive growth and KPIs

• Create and post organic content that engages and converts

• Daily management multiple clients across multiple verticals, both organic and paid

• Identify trends, relevant news, influencers, and other opportunities in the social media space, helping to increase the brands’ share of voice and sustain brand affinity and loyalty

 

It is an in-office position Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Office address is 13951 N Scottsdale Rd #211, Scottsdale 85254.

 

Pay is negotiable depending on experience. We are well established, meaning as long as you perform quality work, you will have a job for the rest of your life.
