Finance Manager needed ASAP (Full Time with benefits) (Scottsdale)

 

The right fit will be able to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:​

• Lead, oversee, and be hands-on in the month-end close and financial statement preparation

• Oversee accounting team, including AP and AR

• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages

• Work with executives to improve processes & procedures

• Involvement in business strategy

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

• 1+ years of relevant experience within accounting and finance and 1+ years of experience leading direct reports required

• Manufacturing industry experience ideal but not required

• CPA or Master in Accounting a plus but not required

• Strong knowledge of finance, GL accounting, and overseeing AP and AR

• Strong ability to be hands-on and a leader for the accounting function

It is an in-office position Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Office address is 13951 N Scottsdale Rd #211, Scottsdale 85254
