Architect needed ASAP (Full Time With Benefits) (Scottsdale)

 

Architectural Designers, Job Captains/Project Managers. The right fit will be able to start as soon as possible.

What we're looking for:
 

• Ideal candidate will have experience in all of the following: Master Planning, Feasibility Studies, Architectural Design, Conceptual Sketching and Renderings

• Must have experience in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate.)

• Must be a self starter, motivated and ready to work in a team environment.

• Proficient using the Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience using Bluebeam & Adobe Suite

• Experience with Tenant Improvements, New Construction, Hotels, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial

• Land development and prelim and final plat experience is needed too.

 

It is an in-office position Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Office address is 13951 N Scottsdale Rd #211, Scottsdale 85254

 

Pay is negotiable depending on experience. We are well established, meaning as long as you perform quality work, you will have a job for the rest of your life.
